User Journeys help demonstrate the way users currently (or could) interact with the service / website / product by showing a series of steps within a scenario that a particular type of user would take to achieve a goal. On this page, I've provided several examples of user journeys created for various clients over the years.
WIREFRAMES
‘How do people actually use our product?’ is a fundamental question that every product creator must answer, and this question is just as relevant to software, apps or websites. But in order to answer this question, UX Directors need to understand the essence of the whole experience from the user’s perspective. User journey mapping is an excellent exercise that can shed light on that. It helps identify the route a user will take in order to achieve desired goals as well as highlight potential pain paints and challenges that might be encountered along the way!
